So we all measure differently and for following a recipe we can run into confusion. We can either convert measurements mathematically or intuitively. In truth, I don’t routinely ‘measure’ when I cook, make, create and bake but I do try my best to convert my ‘measurements’ into some type of standard measurement system with each and every recipe. I hope the intuitive cook in all of us can be fostered when recreating the recipes shared, adding less of this or more of this because it ‘feels’ right. Its all about developing our own food language grammar and working with what we’ve got.
